Sofia is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from Assumption University. Sofia has worked in various settings including in-home, mainstream schools, residential group homes, and within the private sector. She is versatile with her treatment approaches and tailors her sessions to meet the unique needs of each individual. Whether it's managing stress, overcoming symptoms of anxiety and depression, navigating relationships, or coping with life transitions, she works collaboratively with her clients to develop effective strategies and empower them to make positive changes in their lives.
