Clinicians must follow all CT laws and ethics codes
Responsible for some case management and collaborating with other providers Applicant must be licensed in the state of CT
Applicant should be able to see a minimum of 15-32 clients per week for full-time Documentation and clinical notes required
Applicant MUST have ample clinical experience treating children and adolescent issues as the practice's client population is predominantly children, teens, and adolescents.
