Rachel Aspinwall, Art Therapy Intern

  Rachel Aspinwall is currently working as an intern as she completes her master’s degree in art therapy and clinical counseling from Albertus Magnus, graduating this May 2025. 

    Using a humanistic approach she incorporates integrative therapeutic tools, such as art and nature, within treatment. She prides herself on meeting clients where they are “at” (emotionally) and aims to stand by them on their journey of self-understanding. Rachel holds onto the belief that each individual can take anything life throws at them and turn it into growth opportunities.
